Nidia is an independent tax advisor for private businesses, individuals and families. She specializes in accounting and taxes for legal entities such as Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations and C Corporations.
Nidia is an IRS Enrolled Agent, specializing in tax for small to medium sized businesses and individuals.
Nidia graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado in August of 1994.
Nidia establishes accounting process flows for small and large businesses using a variety of software including QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters and JD Edwards.
Nidia is the Editor of Using Financial Accounting Solutions Manual, which was nationally published in 1997.
Nidia began her career with Arthur Andersen in Denver as a Staff Accountant specializing in the development of accounting systems for large businesses. While at Arthur Andersen, Nidia traveled extensively to Central and South America to establish the accounting control processes for multi-national companies.
Nidia worked for JD Edwards Enterprise Software as a Business Systems Analyst in Denver developing software solutions for clients in Central and South America.
Nidia has trained over a thousand users in the JD Edwards software at various levels. She is Certified in each of the following JD Edwards modules: Inventory, Sales, Procurement and as a Certified Instructor. She is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
Nidia serves as the President and Board of Director of Countryside at Welleby HOA, Inc. Established financial control processes to safeguard Association monies. Implemented an interactive community website, oversight of the vendor selection process and directed several property improvement projects.
Nidia serves as Vice President of the Central Sunrise Residents Association (CSRA) a not-for-profit City of Sunrise citizens group who works to bring together city officials and residents regarding issues affecting our community.
Member of The Broward Coalition, Inc. a not-for-profit organization comprised of Condominiums, HOAs, PUDs, CO-OPs, community organizations and individuals serving our communities.
Nidia enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.

Scott has been a licensed certified public accountant for 27 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Scott graduated with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford Ohio in May 1983 and passed the CPA exam on his first attempt in May 1983.
Scott worked as a public accountant in Cleveland, Ohio for 10 years with the international accounting firms of Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Past clients include the Cleveland Browns, American Greetings, JoAnn Fabrics, Diebold as well as several college coaches and professional athletes.
Scott later served 8 years as the tax director for two public companies headquartered in the Tampa Bay area before becoming an independent CPA in 2001 specializing in tax and accounting services for small businesses and independent contractors.
Scott and his wife Nidia live in Ft. Lauderdale along with their two children, Paulina and John. Scott enjoys reading, history, and playing golf and football.
